About the Book
My Foster Care Journey is a book created by Nina Zaremba for her Girl Scout Gold Award in 2019. The book follows the fictional story of Josie, an eight-year-old girl in West Palm Beach, Florida as she enters and navigated her way through the foster care system. This book was distributed to 50 foster kids in the West Palm Beach area, but with more funding, hopefully this project can expand to the greater South Florida area and the state as a whole.
